Frontend Developer

About this position

We are looking for talented and open-minded full-time Frontend Developers who are enthusiastic about building a core solution for customer collaboration, engagement, and support.

Our mission is to provide one unified, secure authentication and authorization service across all of our solutions that gives an excellent user experience and keeps all of the essential user, product, and billing data in one place.

We are looking for people who:

• Consistently work to deliver reliable, performant, well-tested code

• Have an advanced level knowledge of JavaScript and experience with a JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or Ember

• Demonstrate empathy for design and UX best practice

• Want to grow their career in a fast-paced, low bureaucracy environment.

• Like the idea of working on small, customer-driven development teams

• Take ownership, work collaboratively, and figure things out

• Someone who has shown that they can solve complicated technical problems, analyze tradeoffs with empathy for the developers, and build creative solutions.

• Able to demonstrate pragmatic decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Understand how we build and why for our customers.

• Can think through problems with a “real-time” angle, as live conversations between our customers and their customers are always-on and don’t follow a typical request/response model‍
